I realize the things I talk about, like diabetes facts, are confronting. But I speak from the heart with genuine concern about where we are all heading. When I look around and see the reality of growing obesity statistics, I don’t see fat people, I see carbohydrate addicts. Yet I’d be surprised if just 10% of those people are aware of carbohydrate addiction and the kind of damage they are doing to themselves and their family. My book, The carbohydrate addicts Manual, not only gives you the diabetes facts and the obesity statistics, it will teach you about carbohydrate addiction and reveal to you if you are one of the millions of unknowing carbohydrate addicts. Most important of all – you’ll find out how to avoid being one of the obesity statistics and never having to worry about the diabetes facts.

Author of The carbohydrate addicts Manual!

First of all this is about type2 diabetes only. Do you realize that type2 diabetes is a new type which has appeared only in the last twenty years? You should know that this life threatening disease is entirely diet related. Human beings are responsible for type2 diabetes along with the woeful obesity statistics. But that also means human beings can change it.

I’m sure you wonder;

why isn’t all the really important people talking about

carbohydrate addicts and the diabetes facts?

I think there are a few very good reason

to get some diabetes facts!

We have to first consider the industries that have mushroomed and flourished on the back of a forty year deluge of misinformation. Such issues as the real diabetes facts, obesity statistics and the ever growing numbers of carbohydrate addicts. These industries are run by powerful people. Their advertising revenue helps support governments as well as science and medical careers.

Then we have the many smaller industries and niche markets where businesses and careers depend on this misinformation. It’s unlikely these people know anything about the diabetes facts. They often practice their profession in complete ignorance of the facts. The trouble is, what they do it is equally damaging.

People will build careers on whatever truth they have been taught. Even if it is completely false!

The hardest thing of all to change is a lifestyle. Yet our lifestyle is closely linked to our carbohydrate addiction. If we are carbohydrate addicts, so, most likely, are our children. Type2 diabetes statistics are closely linked to the obesity statistics. This makes knowing the diabetes facts essential to the welfare of any family.

We are on this dangerous track because we completely changed our lifestyle. That’s how we became carbohydrate addicts, and how we were encouraged to put ourselves in the path of type2 diabetes. If you do nothing else- for the sake of your kids and their future you need to learn the facts, not only the diabetes facts, but the facts about carbohydrate addicts and the obesity statistics. We have been victims to quasi science long enough!

Sure! It is not easy to deal with addiction, and that includes carbohydrate addiction, but it’s not nearly as hard as you think and it is far more rewarding than you can possibly imagine right now.

if you are one of millions of carbohydrate addicts, I hope you take heed of the seriousness of what I write. It won’t cost you a cent to follow the articles and videos I post on my blogs and hopefully it will bring you to the realization that you need to know the diabetes fact, and you need to take action for the sake of yourself and your family.

  1. One of the biggest problems my group has isn’t convincing folks that they have a problem. It’s convincing them to address the biggest one first and then deal with the other stuff. Nobody seems to want to do that. Everyone wants a reason or an excuse. They want to worry about the big bruise on their arm when there leg is cut off and they are bleeding out.
