I am so happy to be able to announce that my book, My Own Plan, has just been launched on the internet. It has taken time, and a good deal of courage to go public about a subject which is sure to become extremely controversial.

But then I think of all the people this is going to help. That’s what gets me really excited. Nothing would please me more than to once again be able to walk down a busy street and see mostly healthy looking people carrying a normal amount of weight. it used to be that way, only some 30 -40 years ago. It can be like that again.
