As yet, you may not have heard about it, but I have just published a book called My Own Plan.  The book is about a discovery I made five years ago which proves the reason for the obesity epidemic we see today.  All I had then was a theory, but now I have accumulated five years worth of data and I am able to prove it. Many people could have been saved from obesity, or even just a persistent weight problem during that time,  but it would have been irresponsible to publish without the data to back it up.  I believe, with the information I hold now, I can go public, in fact I think it would be irresponsible not to do so.

During the five years, I frankly expected someone from a university or a research facility to publish a paper on my discovery well before I would personally get the courage to do so.  To my amazement, no one ever did.  Since I now has that data, I have compiled it all into a book which will enable anyone to follow my own plan and lose weight permanently, without a diet, without exercise, without hunger and without cravings.

This is new and truly amazing information and it arrives at a time when sixty percent of the population is overweight and a large number of them have moved on to obesity.  For anyone who worries about their weight, or fears the onset of type2 diabetes, this is the book with the answers they have hoped for, for a very long time.

For those of you who have doubts, let be point out to you that before mass transport and refrigeration, people ate natural foods, native to their geographical area, the climate and the season.  For centuries, they lived and thrived on foods which are often vilified today.  The fact that we even exist proves their diet worked, right up till thirty to forty years ago.  The diets being endorsed by diet ‘experts’ today, are not what nature intended we should eat and they may yet prove to be the cause of the obesity problems we see today.

Consider this; diets and nutrition has never been more widely promoted than it is today.  We should all be great testaments to these newly invented diets.  Yet, take a look around and ask yourself ‘where is the evidence’?

Not since the existence of witch doctors, has so much nonsense been accepted by so many people, for so little if any benefit.

Some thirty years ago, medically untrained, self proclaimed experts decided that people needed a balanced diet consisting of 30 percent  solid carbohydrate plus fruit and vegetables, which are also carbohydrates.  This made the diet a total of close to 50 percent carbohydrate.  Protein was less than 20%.  We are talking about proteins, the very building blocks of life, particularly for the young.  But nobody put an age limit on THAT diet.

Would you agree the best way to create some addicts is to push the substance to them?  And the best way to spread that addiction is from one addict to another.  These so called experts created millions of unknowing food addicts, who accepted their diet as science and unknowingly and innocently, passed their addiction from one generation to the next.

It doesn’t mean the experts didn’t have good intentions, but good intentions only validate the intention to do good.  For example; eating complex carbohydrate, is recommended by every diet ‘expert’ today.  The statement sounds healthy, like something which should be good for everyone.  But in reality, there are no known results of any legitimate research, or a single professionally conducted human trial, published in any legitimate medical or scientific journal today to prove that statement.  Without that, the statement is not only false, it is meaningless.

Numerous diets have been launched without research, without trials and without a murmur from the medical or scientific communities.  Yet they were promoted as science.

It’s time to learn the truth.  Once you do, you will know that no matter how serious your weight problem, you can get rid of it easily, without a diet, without hunger and without cravings.
