Today we hear a lot about

healthy lifestyle news in relation

to carbohydrate addicts.

That’s not surprising given the fact that we have recently been told 80% of people – and that includes our kids, will be overweight or obese by 2020.

These are staggering healthy lifestyle news

statistic which cannot be ignored!

Yet, it is ignored, by manufactured food conglomerates,  diet food manufacturers, self proclaimed diet experts and anybody else trying to make a buck on the misfortunes of carbohydrate addicts and other people’s weight problems.  Why do they ignore it?  Their business depends on you and everyone else growing fat and obese.  They want you to diet they just don’t want you to stay slim.

They know that won’t happen as long as people trust

today’s healthy lifestyle news and remain carbohydrate addicts.

So far, their success has been meteoric.  In just 40 years, since new healthy lifestyle news was proclaimed and dieting became normal, people have gone from mostly slim and healthy – to mostly fat and unhealthy.  Why unhealthy?  Nobody can seriously suggest that people can be healthy and also be carbohydrate addicts.  It is also impossible to equate the word health, with what we currently acknowledge as an obesity epidemic.

We have become trapped in the rhetoric and advertising speak of ‘diet experts’.  Over the past forty years, false truisms, like carbohydrates foods are a health food,-  to be on a diet and follow new healthy lifestyle news, is necessary for good health,- diets work, it’s people who let them down, – cereals are a health food, – and the most ridicules:   Fat is BAD,  carbohydrate foods are inherently GOOD!

Why ridicules?  Because, – carbohydrate IS FAT.  The fat that is stored on your body doesn’t come from the fat you eat, it comes from the carbohydrates foods, that you body has broken down into glucose, but has not been able use for energy.  That’s because you are not using anywhere near the amount of energy needed to burn the carbohydrates foods you eat.

Any glucose your body fails to burn must be converted to fat.  Your body does not store glucose – only fat.  To lose that fat, you will have to deprive your body of carbohydrates so that it will be forced to draw on existing fat to get the necessary fuel for energy.  Puts a new meaning to the words; ‘living off the fat’ – your own fat.  Sounds easy right?

In theory- yes, but by now you and your family are probably carbohydrate addicts and have come to depend on what you have learned is healthy lifestyle news.  That means a steady diet of carbohydrate and if you deprive yourself of that, you’ll crave it, you’ll sweat it, you’ll get edgy and your hunger will be overpowering.  You will find yourself with a gnawing empty feeling in the pit of your stomach, shortly after each meal, and you will not be able to control it.  What we call binge eating will become a normal way of life.

All these symptoms are easily recognized signs of carbohydrate addicts.  As long as someone is addicted to alcohol, they will find ways to get an excuse to drink it.  As long as you are addicted to carbohydrate, you will find ways to get it and you will justify it as the latest healthy lifestyle news.

I have this strong belief that once you understand something fully, it becomes very difficult to lie to yourself.  If you go on ignoring your addiction, then at least you will know exactly what you are doing to yourself.  That also means you can no longer ignore what you are doing to your family, because if you are addicted, there is a very high probability that your family are carbohydrate addicts.  That is, assuming you all follow the prevailing healthy lifestyle news.

A New Year is just around the corner.  That’s a time when we usually commit to new resolutions for a better live.  This could be the time for you to decide that although you cannot do much to change the horrific statistics for 2020, you can at least make sure that you and your family won’t be among the carbohydrate addicts who make up those statistics.

The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual will be available very early in the New Year, that means you won’t have to figure out the right healthy lifestyle news without help!

What comes to mind when

someone mentions

carbohydrate addicts?

A low carb diet may come to mind. Maybe a low fat diet, or a complex carbohydrate diet. There are many choices and these days there are few people who haven’t experimented with at least one diet.

There are even fewer people

who realize they are already

arbohydrate addicts.

Why do we diet? Obviously we want to lose weight, but by now, surely we see enough proof all around us, that diets don’t work. They can’t, Mother Nature didn’t prepare us for dieting. That’s why today 60% of the population has a weight problem and obesity Statistics tell us by 2020 this number will reach 80%.  What does that mean?

It means most of us are already

carbohydrate addicts and

most of us don’t even know.

So why do we still diet?  People we trust and respect tell us that a diet is necessary to lose weight and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  This is nonsense.  If carried further, we will soon be told that a diet is necessary for our survival. The one thing we won’t be told is that we are carbohydrate addicts and shouldn’t diet at all!

Another thing these people don’t tell you and probably don’t know themselves is that diets are dangerous to our body. Our digestive system was not built for diets.  In the fifties and sixties people did not diet. Diets were for sick people. Till that time – carbohydrate addicts didn’t exist.  The only response your body can offer when you diet is to signal Famine!

That’s because a diet is a shortage of food and to your body that can only mean a famine.  When a famine is over it’s your body’s job to recover all the weight you have lost.  For added protection against a future famine, it will store a little extra fat.

Ask yourself where does this plethora of expert diet information originate?  Where is the scientific information – the research to prove that these diets are safe for human consumption?  Where are the research papers to confirm that human trials prove a particular diet is safe to use?

We are on a slippery path to self destruction. We are eating ourselves to death.  Our future is to become obesity statistics and eventually develop  type2 diabetes.  Both events are likely to be fatal.  We are becoming carbohydrate addicts and we get fatter by the week.  This is happening with the fervent support and advice of self proclaimed experts.  They have a professional and or financial stake in our continued obsession with diets.  They don’t want that to stop!

So here is where we are today: 60% of us are overweight and most of us are carbohydrate addicts. That means we have no control over our desire for carbohydrates foods.  Everyone of us have dieted to lose weight, maybe several times.  Yet each and every one of us is fatter today than before we began our first diet. Doesn’t that tell us something?

You are thinking: why should you believe all this – Right?  You don’t have to believe it.  Just take a good look around and use your common sense. Everybody diets and everybody’s getting fat.  Human beings managed to survive for thousands of years, without a diet and without weight problems.   You think they mostly went hungry?  We wouldn’t have survived as a species if they had.

Except for the last forty to fifty years, people have thrived and procreated without the advice or assistance of dietitians, nutritionists, diet experts, diet gurus, cereal and diet food manufacturers.  In fact, all those thousands of people who do not have a science or medical degree,  but claim to know and understand your body.

Before you say: But all these people can’t be wrong! Please remember, their income depends entirely on carbohydrate addicts and their inevitable weight problems. They are the ‘pushers’ of  carbohydrates foods. They are both individuals and corporations and their business is to profit from your addiction.  Without you – the addict -  there are no profits.

The reason there are so many profiteers, is that as long as carbohydrate addicts can remain unrecognized, there is no burden of law or regulations to stop them. There are so many of them – because it is so very profitable!
