After 5 years of experiments and practice, I have finally published my book on the internet.  I have called it My Own Plan, because it reveals how I came to discover the reason for the obesity epidemic we see all around us today and how it led me to a permanent weight loss. I did it without any diet or exercise program.  My book will make you realize that our bodies were always designed to balance our weight and that human beings were never meant to diet at all.

In the past forty years we have been fed so much misinformation that, as a result, we have unknowingly rushed into diets which are so bad for us that they have put us on a collision course with nature itself.  It’s time to learn the facts about what is good for us and what is not.

The information you will learn about in My Own Plan, is not available anywhere else on the internet. That’s because, despite the explosion of obesity, in just the five years, since I discovered the truth, no one else in the world has come forward to expose this madness.  There are simply too many vested interests that either don’t know, or don’t want YOU to know the truth.

The immensity of this hoax can best be described by the fact that some futurists are already predicting that obesity will be the normal state for a human being in the future.    That would suggest a sudden genetic mutation over a very short period of time.  A speed of change like that simply does not happen in nature.  It can only be explained by human intervention.

You can remain someone who prefers not to know, and allow yourself to continue to be a test subject for yet another unqualified ‘diet expert’. Or, you can ask yourself this question:  If these people really know what they are talking about, where is their evidence?  Take a look around you, on a busy street, or in the mall and ask yourself, where did all the slim people go?

Those of us who were around forty years ago, and were then, more than likely slim, will remember that slim people were very much the majority.   Strange is it not? That this sudden, obscene growth of our bodies, has kept in exact pace with the growth of the ‘diet industry’.   A coincidence?   Of course it’s not.  We have simply forgotten what our grandparents knew instinctively…Which foods are the right foods that nature designed us to eat.

If you are thinking that forty years ago, people didn’t have enough food to eat, or there was no fast food around to seduce them and sugar hadn’t been discovered so there were no cakes or chocolates around, you’d completely wrong.  Not only was food plentiful at home, but we had burgers, Hot dogs, French fries and any other fast food you can get today, minus the label. Probably with a much higher fat content then you find today.  As for cakes and chocolates, they have been around for several hundred years.

The only fundamental change is that we have allowed ourselves to believe that it’s a natural state to be on a ‘healthy’ diet.  That if we are not following the directions of some self proclaimed ‘nutritional’ expert, we are not in a state of ‘good health’.  This is a lie, and what’s worse, it is a self serving lie.  The truth is that we, humankind, not only survived, we thrived for thousands of years on eating by our instinct, and our trouble today is that we have lost that instinct because we have listened to too many false prophets.

We have given these ‘experts’ a free rein for forty years, to practice their voodoo science on us, as if we were their personal guinea pigs,  No professional institution,  government or otherwise have stepped in to ask for some genuine scientific proof, like human trials and real data.  No one has protected our interests.

We have accepted a lot of nonsense as truth, and allowed ourselves to defy nature, because a ‘healthy diet’ sounds so healthy and therefore it must be good.  We should have demanded some genuine scientific proof that it actually works, before putting our health in the hands of people who are guided only by their own false premise and unproven dogma, not to mention, in some cases, greed.  The price we have paid for our misplaced trust can be seen all around us.  We all gained weight while the ‘experts’ gained lucrative profits.

Now that you know that weight problems do not have to exist, it means you have a responsibility to ensure that you don’t pass your weight problems on to the next generation, particularly within your own family.

We all need to come to our senses and take some action.  Reading this book is a very good start.
