Don’t you hate opinions which are clearly an echo of someone else’s? It is just plain lazy not to think before we speak. We all do it though, at least with certain subjects. One such subject would be a cure for weight problems.

Admittedly, this is a tricky subject because deep down very few people believe it is possible to get a permanent weight loss. So why waste time thinking about it?

Well, as you know, I recently published a book called My Own Plan.  In it I explain how I spent around thirty years following other people’s solutions to my weight problems. That is, until five years ago when my weight was the highest point ever, eighty kilos, and my  doctor told me to go on a diet, or else…

I knew after each previous diet I had always put back more weight than I had when I started.  I knew I had to find a way to get a permanent weight loss. So I decided to  examine some of my long held assumptions about weight problems. I first chose the four I know I share with most people; junk food, lack of exercise, too many sweets and finally, it’s my metabolism it runs in the family.

The most common of those is junk food. It’s an easy target because it seems so obvious, but it just doesn’t wash.  Junk food was available right through the nineteen forties, fifties and sixties, well before the mid to late seventies when obesity began to be noticed.

Sure, many people would get a ‘spread’, as they got into middle age, but obesity?  No way.  Obesity was rare, and when you did see it, it was usually explained by a medical condition like an under active thyroid or Diabetes.

In those days People didn’t have McDonalds, but they had burgers, hot dogs, meat pies, French fries, and many other varieties around the world.  Those foods were just as fast, cheap, popular and as readily available as today’s offerings.

Sure, fast foods are no good for you, but neither are a lot of the foods in your pantry.  Frankly, yesterday’s fast foods had an even higher calorie and fat content than those we find today. Junk food, although it is clearly not good for you, is just not responsible for the obesity epidemic we see today.

What about exercise?  Even the most fanatic gym junkie, will admit that if you want to lose weight through exercise you need to diet as well.  Exercise is important because it tones and contours your body and it moves the fat to all the right places.  But there is no way a lack of exercise is the reason for the obesity epidemic we see today.

Then there are sweets; like cakes, desserts, chocolates and hundreds of other tasty morsels. There is no doubt they are bad for you, but they represent a small percentage of the food we eat in the course of an average day. Therefore sweets cannot be the cause, anymore than junk food, because neither are our prime food source.

Finally, the saddest of all; ‘I’s my metabolism, it runs in the family’. The book My Own Plan proves without a shadow of a doubt, that nobody has to be fat. Family habits and lifestyles may have caused you to put weight on, but habits and lifestyles can be changed. We all have the power to control our own body. What we have lost is the ability to remember how to do it.

I had been warned to find a way to cure my weight problem for good.  So I decided to study everything I could find on the subject.  By luck, or by fluke, I found the answer where most people would rarely look, in the past.  I spent the next five years putting it into practice.  At the end of that time I had the body and the data to prove it worked.  Why did i wait so long?  I honestly expected some expert in a lab somewhere to publish a paper on it and that would have been a lot more apropriate, but no one ever did.

I finally realized that I had an obligation to write it all down and make it available to everybody. That’s how My Own Plan was born.

People have caused climate change, because they assumed they could improve on nature. The obesity epidemic is the cost of trying to improve nature’s design for a healthy body. We have subjected our body to diet foods it was never designed to process.  We are already paying the price.  We will continue to pay that price until we come to our senses and re-learn what we should never have forgotten.

So yes! You can lose weight without a diet and never have to diet again.  My Own Plan proves that nobody is born to be fat. Nobody has to accept a body that conflicts with the person within, especially when it endangers both health and longevity.

My Own Plan will require a shift in lifestyle. But the rewards are immense.  First there will be no more diets. You can choose to stay slim or keep your best curves. The fact is, you will be in control of your own weight and the choice will be entirely yours.

As unbelievable as this may seem, when you read this book, you are left in no doubt that this really works. It will make complete sense to you. You will even learn why it took so long for someone to reveal the truth.

It is important that you read My own Plan. Not just for yourself, but for your immediate family. They will inherit your lifestyle. Make sure it is an appreciated inheritance to future generations.

Everybody knows diets never work long term.  But here is what you don’t know; it is now possible to cure all non-medical weight problems and obesity permanently.

And Guess What? The cure has nothing to do with the words ‘healthy balanced diet’ or ‘calorie control’.

The information about this discovery is contained in an Book called My Own Plan by Kirsten Plotkin. It is the first time ever, this information has been revealed.

If it were possible, diets should be banned. Not because they never work long term, but because they ruin our body’s natural mechanism to control our weight.  It now looks like serial diets are at least one of the causes for the obesity epidemic we see today.  What is worse; we are passing it on to our children.

If you think diets ultimately fail because people fail to stay on them, think again. This is the belief encouraged by the diet industry, it is self serving and it is completely false.

The easiest way to confirm that is to seek out anyone who was an adult forty years ago.  Ask them if obesity and type2 diabetes were common problems back then. They can confirm that they were rare and usually had a medical Cause.  Type2 diabetes was unknown.

It is no coincidence that the diet industry began to get established, not long before weight problems began to appear. Both have been growing in tandem ever since.  Each decade we notice the problem has grown exponentially, till today, when we learn it has now affected sixty percent of the population.  Where will this take us in another decade?  Some Futurist’s have predicted that it is our future destiny.

Let’s prove them wrong.

You may think fast food and pastries are the cause of today’s obesity epidemic. That is wrong. Burgers and Hot Dogs and many other Fast foods, as well as cakes sweets and anything else you can think of. All were readily available much longer than forty years ago.   Fast foods were simply different, mainly because they contained a lot more fat.

The same is true of our meat and poultry today, which no longer resembles, either in color or texture, the products you would have seen at the butchers forty years ago.  Where food is concerned, we have inherited a tasteless, colorless, almost odorless “Food Mall world of convenience”, and the people who have profited are the same people who tell us which products are healthy for us to eat.

We need to unlearn some things we currently hold very dear.  You see: Green, by definition, does not mean Good. Foods are not healthy simply because they are called healthy by a lot of people. It is not natural to be on a diet. Our body does not require that we split our food into groups.  The whole premise is absurd.

We do not need to separate our food into categories.  The body doesn’t care, it will do all that work for us, as long as we give it the right fuel, that is, the food nature intended. A diet has only ever been necessary when it forms part of a treatment for a medical condition.

If you want to learn how we got it so wrong and how we can fix it, and finally have a permanent weight loss solution, you will find the information in a book called, My Own Plan. It is important to yours and your family’s future health that you know the answers.

Of course, not everybody has a weight problem and you maybe one of the forty percent or less who does not yet have one. But if you can see that this book holds great value to at least sixty percent of the population, you may decide this could be a great product to market.

Yes, believe it or not, it is now possible to cure your weight problems and get permanent weight loss, and the cure will have nothing to do with a balanced diet or calorie control.

The obesity epidemic raging today is not a popular subject but that’s because till now there hasn’t been a successful cure for obesity. Nobody wants to talk about a problem that does not have a solution.

Yes, there are diets, lots of them! Who hasn’t been on a diet? and yes, we have all lost some weight. But sooner or later, the weight returns, it has to, because nature fights back when it’s being abused.

You may still believe that a diet can be a good thing, even when you know that most people, who are either on a diet or have just been on one, will ultimately fail.

You may assume they failed because they had a lapse of will power and that if you had to, you could do better. Well, take a look around and you will see that sixty percent of the population, so far, has failed to find their cure for obesity.

It’s time to ask; ‘Is it me or is it the diet’?

Ask any person who has a weight problem, if they have ever been on a diet. If the answer is yes, and it usually is, it will be; ‘yes many times’. If given a genuine choice to opt for permanent weight loss, very few people are going to say, ‘no thanks, i enjoy being fat’.

The information found in the book, My own Plan, was discovered five years ago. But not being a scientist or a physician, I hesitated to publish or even talk about it. Instead I decided to use it, first for the immediate benefit I would gain, but I also wanted to be sure that my weight loss would remain stable over a long period of time.

There is no doubt that the diet industry, and it’s many supporters, will vehemently oppose what I have discovered. But I knew even five years ago, that my findings are so compelling that as long as I took the time to gather the data to back up my claims, I could respond to any criticism with the necessary facts and common sense.

So for five years, I waited and watched the obesity epidemic steadily grow. I expected that any day someone in a lab coat would go public with the same discovery. No one ever did. Anyone who reads My Own Plan, will share my amazement at this careless disregard.

I can only assume that vested interests are so strong that research does not get financial support when it can adversely affect the diet industry.

When I saw the raging growth of the obesity epidemic, and noted the failure of any qualified scientist to come forward with the results I knew they would find, I realized I had to act.

You see, there are just too many people with weight problems, and too many other people ready to promote, untested and unscientific diet solutions, which cannot, and will never work. If they did work, weight issues would be a gradually diminishing problem, not an ever growing one. No pun intended.

What makes this discovery so important is that obesity is no longer a problem confined to the individual. Nor can it be ignored as just another social abnormality. That’s because it is fast turning into a medical epidemic called Type2 diabetes.

This is where it gets very serious, particularly when we realize that it has begun to affect even our children. We all have a responsibility to do whatever we can to avoid passing this unnecessary epidemic onto the next generation. At this late stage, a ban on all diets is no longer enough.

For the past forty years, since diets began to be widely accepted, we have caused damage to our body’s own mechanism which is meant to control our weight. It is even possible we have passed this damage from one generation to the next. We now have to basically reboot our system and start all over again.

If we do that, we will get a permanent weight loss and that means diets will truly be a thing of the past.

I realize not everybody has a weight problem and you maybe one of the forty percent or less who does not. But if you can see the value of this book and realize what a difference it can make to the majority of people around you, you may decide you would like to market it as an affiliate. If so, the book, My Own Plan, is available through Clickbank.
