For the first time ever, there is a true answer to that nagging question and the answer will amaze you.  It involves carbohydrate and, to be precise: Carbohydrate Addiction.

The book, My Own Plan, by Kirsten Plotkin, will shock many people.  Not least because of the simplicity and obvious truth of what it reveals, but because it begs some very serious questions like:  Why has it taken more than thirty years for someone to figure this out? Why did this important discovery not come from a medical expert or as a result of scientific research?  And why did it take a retired Australian business woman, turned writer, five years, to dare publish her discovery?

These questions can be answered very simply:  A cure for permanent weight loss and obesity is not what the world has been waiting for.  Not the world of diet, nutrition and guru practitioners.  And certainly not the powerful lobby of snack food and cereal manufacturers.

This book is bad news for vested interests who will realize that the information contained in this book cannot be ignored by medicine or science.  These professions will finally have to acknowledge obesity as a medical problem.  It certainly should not remain the playground of pseudo experts and powerful conglomerates.

The original handover of responsibility to these pseudo professionals may have happened by default.  Weight gain and obesity would not have been an important consideration to medicine thirty years ago.  In those days, weight problems and obesity were rare conditions and when present, were often, assumed to be the result of self indulgence and therefore self inflicted.

Nothing could have been further from the truth. Weight problems of any kind should never have been gifted to unqualified ‘experts’, not even by default.  Not a murmur of caution or a single voice of protest was raised at the time.  Only now, when an obesity epidemic is looming, is medicine showing an interest.  We will wait a long time for these ‘experts’ to be held accountable.

The result of this unprecedented transfer of responsibility was that vested interests were given free rein to live off ‘the fat of the people’.   For more than thirty years, they have used us as Lab Rats for their unproven, misguided theories about diets. They have offered these diets earnestly and sincerely, without a shred of legitimate scientific tests or trials to back them up. Their suggestion that every person needs to be on what they call a ‘healthy diet’ is dangerous and it puts them right in the face of nature.

In every case, we the public have been test subjects for hair brained diets which had no chance to do anything but eventually make us fatter than ever.   There Is Not A Single Diet, In The Past, In The Present, Or In The Future, That will Ever Work Long Term.  We, and more to the point, our own bodies, have forgotten what we are supposed to eat.

Nature never intended us to ‘diet’.  Our bodies were always designed to control and maintain our weight independently, except when a medical condition makes intervention necessary.  The obesity epidemic is a testament to voodoo science, bad information, misplaced confidence and lack of genuine research on what is healthy for human beings to eat.

This book could not be published five years ago, when there was just a theory with nothing to back it up.  That is no longer the case; Kirsten Plotkin has spent five years successfully testing her discovery – on herself.  Only then did she have enough information to publish what she learned.  The book speaks for itself and you will be left in no doubt that we have messed with nature and need to rethink our whole approach to food.

The book charts how the discovery was made and how it can work for anyone with weight problems. At no stage is a ‘diet’ suggested.  In other words, this book is not a Diet Book.  When guided by My Own Plan, your permanent weight loss will occur automatically.  It will be a by-product of a small change in lifestyle, which is carefully explained in the book.

I happened to read a publication a while ago, in which a Futurist was asked to predict various changes we could expect in the coming decades. One prediction was that in the future, all men would be bald and without body hair. But the most disturbing prediction was that people will continue to grow fatter each decade, and that eventually, most, if not all of us will become obese. By that time, he added; medicine will have found ways to cure diabetes and heart disease and other illnesses which can be brought on by obesity. In other word, it really wasn’t important!

The interviewer shold have asked him; if medicine will become advanced enough to find cures for those diseases, why can’t they start with a simple way to cure the onset of obesity in the first place? After all, a widespread obesity problem did not exist, other than as a rare condition, until the early nineteen seventies.

The reality is that it’s not just Futurists who have no interest in weight problems, there seems to be a complete lack of interest from both the medical and scientific professions as well. Weight problems, even obesity, have been hijacked by fringe groups like Nutritionists, Dieticians and various Diet Guru’s and the medical and scientific professions seem delighted by that outcome.

Weight gain, and particularly obesity are tainted by the myth that it is a self inflicted condition, which could be easily handled by a diet and some self control. This is simply false. But it has allowed medicine and science to step back and leave the whole issue in the hands of people who are not qualified to deal with it.

Medicine tends to intervene only when a medical condition like Type2 diabetes, threatens to develop as a result of obesity. Obesity itself should be considered a medical condition but that is not going to happen. The fringe ‘experts’ have had at least forty years to popularise ‘nutrition’ and to become entrenched in what they consider their exclusive playground.

They are supported by powerful Snack Food and Cereal manufacturers and the medical profession seems to be delighted to step back from that whole area anyway. Many even refer patients to these ‘experts’ for advice.

As for scientists, they should be getting industry grants to study this unprecedented obesity epidemic, but they either lack the interest, or they are not getting the funds for that type of research. This is not unexpected. The funds would most appropriately come from the food manufacturers and they are not likely to support a program which will inevitable discredit their industry and put a stop to a very lucrative market.

Why would a futurist presume that evolution of human beings would suddenly occur at speeds never before seen? Humans have not changed for thousands of years, why would they suddenly change in less than fifty.

Of course, they wouldn’t, not without human intervention, and the Futurists should have mentioned that. He didn’t, maybe because human intervention of that kind is invariably for profit. Nobody wants to upset ‘vested interests’.

Well, this can now change very easily. The lucrative practice of ‘living off the fat of the people’, will not survive if this book finds the readership it deserves. It exposes the ‘experts’ who, with ignorance, but often good intentions, have managed to fly in the face of nature and sent us all on a path to obesity.

You are going to learn that a permanent solution to permanent weight loss is finally a fact. You can find out how it is possible to reverse this horrifying trend. How it can enable people to regain their normal weight, permanently, without a diet, without exercise and without hunger, or cravings.

If you have never had a weight problem yourself, it may be difficult to understand how people who do have a weight problem feel about it. Why so many simply give up and decide to let nature take its course.  When you are faced with a choice between constant failures with yoyo diets, or to embrace your weight and accept it as a part of you, neither choice is acceptable.

Well, now there is a third alternative to diet or do nothing.  A book called My Own Plan, by Kirsten Plotkin, has just been published.  It’s about a new discovery for permanent weight loss. That means…….!

AT LAST: We Have a Permanent Cure for Weight Gain and Obesity!

We can turn back the clock, and it can be done without dieting without feeling hungry and without ever having to worry about yet another eventual weight gain.  For a long time we have had to endure yoyo diets, miracle pills, formulae  and exercise programs and each time we found ourselves right back where we started just a little worse off than the last time.

When you read My Own Plan, you will realize why it has been so hard for you to lose weight.  Why the weight always returns, greater than before. You will also know who caused it and how it’s possible to finally cure your weight problems forever.

It is not surprising that people who repeatedly fail to lose weight become cynical and give up.  They are right when they say; there is no such thing as a successful diet, and there are no miracle potions or pills which can reduce your weight permanently.  It is all a farce.  No one should have to go through that…Ever! and it’s time to put a stop to it.

Your weight problems are not your fault.  My Own plan will explain why that is, who is to blame and how you can turn back the clock and cure your weight problems permanently.
My Own Plan, is not a new diet, and it does not suggest any potions or pills.   It’s about a new discovery.  It is safe, it’s easy to follow and since you will not be reducing the amount of food you eat, you will not feel hungry.  You will never again have to suffer those awful cravings for food.

When you follow My Own Plan, you will stop feeling bloated, you will have more energy and you will enjoy the taste of your food more than you have in years.

If you decide, to use My Own Plan to lose your excess weight, It WILL be for the last time.   Your body will thank you.   Your doctor will be pleased with you, and you will have a renewed feeling of energy.   You’ll be happy because you’ll know you look great, you’ll feel energetic and healthy and you will finally be in complete control of your own body….Forever!

Have you looked around lately and asked yourself that question? Well, first of all we tend to avoid the word ‘fat’, Some 60 percent of people now suffer that condition and it is simply not an appropriate subject for conversation.

Given the rise of the obesity epidemic in the last decade, It is difficult not to theorize what percentage the next decade will bring. So outside the world of diets and dieting, the subject is not very popular. When probed, people tend to have an automatic response like, it’s all that junk food or, it’s a lack of exercise or, it’s too many cakes and desserts.

It is time to take a closer look at these glib answers to the overwhelming question; why are so many people getting so fat? Let’s examine the most popular theories and see how they stack up.

Number one on the list is probably junk food. It’s an easy target because it seems so obvious. But it just doesn’t wash. A vast array of junk foods were available right through the nineteen forties, fifties and sixties, well before the mid to late seventies when obesity began to be noticed. Sure, middle aged people would start to get a spread, as it was called then, and old people would become a bit heavy, but mass obesity? No way. Obesity was rare, and when you did see it, it was usually explained as a medical condition like an underactive thyroid.

People back then ate junk foods like burgers, hot dogs, meat pies, French fries, and many others varieties around the world. Those foods were just as fast, cheap, popular and as readily available as today’s offerings. Sure, fast foods are no good for you, but neither are a lot of the foods in your pantry. Many would argue that yesterday’s fast foods had an even higher calorie and fat content than those we find today.

I do not think there is any doubt that junk food should be avoided, but not because it has a high fat content. It is because it’s made up of mostly carbohydrate. Either way, it is not responsible for the obesity problems today.

What about exercise? Even the most fanatic gym junkie, will admit that if you want to lose weight through exercise you need to cut down on your food. Exercise is important because it tones and contours your body and it shifts the weight to all the right places. It also tends to reduce hunger which can be very helpful. But there is no way a lack of exercise is the reason for obesity. You can accept that from a long time Gym junkie, who still uses weights to work out, while in her late sixties.

So we come to cakes, desserts and everything sweets. They are certainly bad for you, but are they the cause of the current obesity epidemic. I don’t think so, for the same reason I don’t believe it’s caused by junk food. People have eaten cakes, and chocolates and cookies and every other sweet you can think of since sugar and cocoa were first introduced to Europe just a few hundred years ago. Sugar and the products of sugar are bad for you but they are not the actual reason for today’s problems with obesity.

So is there such a thing as a specific cause for today’s epidemic of obesity? The answer is: Yes there is, and during the past five years, I have used that answer to develop a way to lose weight…. permanently. Throughout that period, I have used my knowledge on myself with great success and it has stood the test of time.

I am surprised to be able to say that I have proved the reason for one of the biggest social problems we are faced with today; Obesity. I have discovered a permanent solution to my own weight problem. In the process, I have even managed to banish my symptoms of type2 diabetes. There is no reason to imagine that a different set of biological or physiological rules apply to me, than to everyone else. In the final analysis, my discovery is proof that common sense, when joined with good data, will always prevail.

What makes this discovery so important is that obesity is no longer just another social problem; it is fast becoming a medical epidemic called Type2 diabetes.

I have waited 5 years to publish my book. Frankly I expected some doctor or scientist to issue a paper about the same information well before now. But no one ever did. So here, five years later, with five years worth of data about my discovery, I am finally able to share it with anyone who needs it. Not only will it be able to change your life, you will be able to pass what you will learn on to your family and to anyone you know, who struggles with a weight problem.

The book, My Own Plan, has just been published and it reveals that carbohydrate addiction is the real cause of the obesity epidemic we see today. It will explain how to cure the condition, without dieting, or going hungry.  If you follow this book, you’ll never have a weight problem again.

The book, My Own plan, explains why obesity has gone from a minor social problem to an epidemic.  It’s fast becoming a medical problem, called type2 diabetes. You will learn why the problem is getting out of control.

Never before have little kids started school…Obese. Just recently, on our TV screens, we saw with horror, a baby born obese. If we don’t stop it, such news will not even get a headline.  Sixty percent of the population is now overweight, and the problem grows daily. Some people say that’s inevitable.

Obesity is not a problem for the few, it’s a looming social and medical catastrophe for us all, that’s because it’s just one step away from type2 diabetes. The most frustrating fact is that it did not have to happen.

Like so many things, it began in the seventieth.  New fads abounded and there were some, who practiced on the in the fringe of pseudo medicine, who carved themselves a niche in health and nutrition.  They were not doctors or scientists but they set themselves up as guardians of health and nutritious.

They were excited about something new called cholesterol. This was a lucky break for them, because most people, at that time, would have shown a high cholesterol count, largely due to a diet which had basically changed very little for centuries.

So the ‘experts’ adopted cholesterol as their base of authority.  They added together the two types of cholesterol, the good and the bad and that gave them a big score on everybody. They now had a platform, but they needed a product.  They developed an ultra high carbohydrate diet which focused on cholesterol. The diet had no genuine scientific tests or human trials to support the many claims.

This highly publicized diet was launched with a poster of a pyramid depicting the various food groups. The base was 30% solid carbohydrates. Next was fruit and vegetables, also carbohydrates.  People thought; finally some modern advice about food, instead of the boring menu our grandparents recommend.

The credibility of the pyramid, lasted for around twenty years, and at least two generations grew up on it. Parents trusted the experts. But sadly, this was a diet with very little protein, the essential building blocks for our children’s growth.

So millions of kids grew up on carbohydrates and, as should have been foreseen, they became addicted.  Once parents themselves, they unknowingly passed the addiction on to their children.  So today we see little kids start school already obese, and we open our morning newspaper to find an enormously fat baby on the front page.

This epidemic must be stopped and the book, My Own Plan, will show you how.

Are you still worried about calories?  I hope not.  After reading My Own Plan, you will know what is important and what is not.  Calories are definately one of the things that are NOT important.   Calories have no bearing on your weight, or your health, or your fitness.  It’s plainly not necessary to worry about it.   It is one more of the many things that come under the umbrella of pseudo science and should never have been used as a measure to determine what you can eat,  or how much.

Once you have rid yourself of your carbohydrate addiction, there is only one measure that counts.   Exluding your tape measure, that would be carbohydrate.  If this shocks you, then you are someone who hasn’t read the book.  Anyone who HAS  read it,  will not only believe what I have said, they will know,  from their own experience and understanding that calories are irrelevant.  It is simply yet another way to keep you tied to a diet, whether conciously or otherwise.

The diet guru’s need you to need them.  When you decide they are superfluous,  where do they go from there?

Just remember, Calories never used to matter in the past and for all the centuries they didn’t matter, people were not prone to get fat.  I am so tired of these home made theories about what is good and what is bad for us.  These theories, when looked at with the perspective of human development, are just plain silly.  If they weren’t so dangerous, we’d all be laughing!

I am very excited to announce that I have just published a book on the internet. It’s called, My Own Plan.

The book will be controversial. It is a shocking, eye opening condemnation of everything we think we know about diets and nutrition.

http://cli.gs/3NHvyS

Today, we are urged to eat complex carbohydrates, lots of fruit and vegetables, a bit of protein and a small amount of reduced fat. This is not the diet on which we evolved and thrived for centuries, which made us the lean, healthy human beings we were till 40 years ago.

In the past, people knew which foods were good or bad. Their instincts must have worked, because they didn’t put on weight, they didn’t go hungry, they rarely became obese and type 2 Diabetes had never been heard of.

Then along came the Nutritionists, followed by the Dieticians. Here was a new pseudo science, presented as legitimate, but with not a shred of genuine scientific research to back it up.

We would not feed our animals on breakfast cereals, low fat snack foods, complex carbohydrates, and buckets of fruit and vegetables. If we are foolish enough to try, our pets become fat, listless and unhappy. Yet, we seem to accept this as a healthy diet for human beings.

Too many vested interests are in control of what we are told to eat. We need to take responsibility for our own food choices, not listen to those who preach what we know deep down, is false. We cannot afford yet another guru diet, which is not based on genuine science, which offers no genuine research, and no statistical trials with real human subjects.

Let’s make no mistake here; to these ‘experts’, we ARE the Research.

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we are mammals and although different mammals have different digestive systems, we cannot stand in the face of nature and decide to change the foods our digestive system has been designed to handle. Evolution simply doesn’t work that fast.Good intentions, even when genuine, are not valid proof of anything other than good intentions.

Nutritionists and Dieticians often proclaim that they have made a valuable contribution to our health and well being. This is a big statement, based on optimism, not science. Before you accept it, take a good look around and get the measure of the average person walking along a busy street today. Then ask yourself; where is the evidence?

Everyone of those people are likely to have been on at least one diet, probably many. Today, about 60% of people are classifed overweight. Many are already obese. Most will eventually slide into obesity. That brings them just one step away from type2 diabetes, to us, an unknown disease forty years ago.

We need to re-learn the right foods to eat because we have forgotten what they are. This book answers three important questions. Why is it so hard to lose weight? Why does it become harder to lose weight each time we diet? And why can it never be a permanent weight loss?

This book explains the cause of obesity, which may shock you. But if you follow it, you will cure your obesity and you will keep the weight
off permanently.
